Every item is created just for you. Because our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size changes, style changes, or buyer’s remorse. But if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right. ✨
✅ What We’ll Replace or Refund
- Defective print or manufacturing fault 🧵
- Wrong item, design, or color shipped 🎨
- Damage during shipping (print smears, tears, etc.) 📦

- Wrong size, style, or color ordered by you (non-defective)
- Change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse after purchase
- Minor color/placement differences due to production or screen display
- Damage from improper care (wash cold; inside-out; tumble low or hang dry)
- Invalid or insufficient address entered at checkout
⏱️ When to Report an Issue
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: within 7 business days of delivery (send your order number, what’s wrong, and clear photos). 📸
- Lost-in-transit (never marked delivered): within 7 business days after estimated delivery date
🔄 Return Procedure (After Approval)
- We’ll review your claim once you send photos/description. If approved, we’ll issue a return authorization and supply return instructions and address.
- Only send the item after you hear from us that the return is approved. Keep it in original condition (no washing or alterations, if possible).
⚡ Order Processing & Shipping
- Production begins shortly after purchase; once production starts, orders can’t be changed or canceled.
- Typical production/shipping time: 2–5 business days before shipment.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately and arrive at different times.
📫 Tracking & Address Issues
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (use it to track delivery).
- If tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive (check with neighbors/local carrier first).
- If package is truly lost, reach out within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date.
- We’re not responsible for issues caused by invalid, incomplete, or incorrect address info you provided.
💳 Refunds & Replacements
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/card issuer to post the credit.
- If a replacement is available, we may offer it as the faster option.

- TikTok Shop orders: We follow this policy, but if TikTok or local regulations mandate stricter return/refund windows (longer than 7 days), those rules will apply for those orders.
