Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes—Free Standard shipping on U.S. orders $50+ (subtotal after discounts). Express is always paid.
Where do you ship?
- We currently ship within the United States only (50 states + DC, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO). PO Boxes are typically supported via USPS‑routed services.
When does production start?
- Orders approve in about 1 hour so printing can begin fast (often same business day if you order early). Production (print + pack) usually takes 2–5 business days, Mon–Fri.
How long does shipping take (after production)?
Standard: 2–5 business days
Express: 2–3 business days
AK/HI/PR/APO/FPO/DPO: please allow a bit of extra time
Tracking & Updates
How do I track my order?
- You’ll receive a shipping email (and SMS if subscribed) with your tracking link. Multi‑item orders may ship separately.
“Delivered” but can’t find it?
- Check entrances, parcel lockers, and with neighbors/household. Contact your local carrier with the tracking ID.
Still missing after 48 hours?
- Email support@thecutefindsco.store with your order number + tracking link.
Orders & Changes
Can I make changes after purchase?
- Time‑sensitive (orders move to printing quickly about 1 hour). Email support@thecutefindsco.store right away and we’ll do our best before printing begins. Rerouting after handoff isn’t guaranteed.
Can you combine two orders?
- We’ll try! Email both order numbers ASAP. If printing hasn’t begun, we’ll do what we can.
Returns & Replacements
What’s your policy?
- Items are made to order and final sale. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it.
How do I report an issue?
- Email support@thecutefindsco.store within 7 business days of delivery (or within 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date if it never arrived) and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos (full item front + close‑up; packaging/label if helpful)
Do I need to send it back?
- Only if we request it. We’ll approve the return first and provide instructions.
Products, Sizing & Care
What are your tees like?
- Soft, comfy graphic tees using premium ringspun cotton (heathers include cotton/poly blends).
- Smooth print surface made for everyday wear.
What sizes do you carry?
- See the size chart on each product page. Garment measurements are listed so you can compare to a tee you already love.
Care instructions?
- Wash cold, inside‑out; tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Slight color/print‑position variation is normal.

Where do I track my TikTok order?
- Track in the TikTok app and via the carrier link in your shipping email/SMS.
Are timelines different?
- We follow TikTok’s platform notices/SLAs where stricter; otherwise the same U.S. timelines apply.
